RETURNS

Our Goal at Positive Vibe Warriors is to provide you with a great experience and help you enjoy getting into the water.

In the case of a return, all items must be returned in the condition they were received.  

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Items ON SALE CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

To exchange merchandise, it has to be returned within 15 days of purchase.

Written to info@positivevibewarriors.com you must provide written inquiry with Order #, and items you wish to exchange for.

As all sales are final, the exchange will be with the credit amount from previous item.  If there is a difference in cost, the customer will be responsible for payment.

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping back to PVW.  

Exchange items will only be sent after the returned goods have been received and deemed able to resell (or arriving to PVW same condition as received by customer).

Please allow 2 weeks for processing time.  PVW will notify you when order has been shipped back to customer.

To save on domestic shipping costs, you can also exchange your board in store at our PVW HQ - MOTU.

DAMAGED GOODS

When your P.V.W. Soft surfboard arrives, please take the time to inspect the board immediately to ensure that no damage has occurred during the transit.

In the case there is damage, first contact the shipping company directly and start a claims process.  Then, contact us at info@positivevibewarriors.com with your order # and Shipping claim information and we will work together to find a solution to the damage.  

INTERNATIONAL

Due to the cost of shipping international, we unfortunately do not accept online returns or exchanges internationally.  All sales are final.  If there are damaged goods, please contact your shipping carrier directly.

MISSING ITEMS

When your order arrives, please take the time to ensure that all items included in purchase are there.  If your order arrives missing an item, please contact info@positivevibewarriors.com with the details of your inquiry.  We will do our best to accommodate any missing items so that you may get in the water as soon as possible!
