Return Policy

Faulty Items 
Goods are considered faulty if they are received damaged or if a manufacturing fault has occurred. Items damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty and will not be exchanged. If your order is a faulty item, please make sure to email info@positivevibewarriors.com to notify us of damaged goods. Please make sure to include your invoice number and contact details, as well as a description and photo of the damaged good.

Size Returns 
If you purchase the wrong size item and you would like to exchange it, the return has to be made within 7 days of receiving your goods. We will not exchange items based on color or style preferences only on size purposes of the Item purchased. Please ensure that the PVW goods are unworn and not used, all tags must be attached and in tact. We will not exchange any goods that have been worn, washed, altered, or used in any way. No refund will be made. Please email info@positivevibewarriors.com to notify us of your intention to return your order. Make sure to include your invoice number and contact details, as well as information on the size of the product that you would like to exchange for. The customer must cover the postage cost. We recommend sending returns via mail with a tracking number as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Purchased Goods 
All sales are final. Only exchanges are available for size returns, and manufacturing faults of items.

All items sold on sale are final. No returns or exchanges available for ON SALE items.
