What gets you stoked? Surfing with my friends and watching younger groms from Cardiff improve and rip.

Who is in your Tribe? My sister (@ellamccaffray) Kai Anderson (@kai.anderson1) Ethan Prestage (@ethan_prezzo) Noah Steinmetz (@noahsteinmetz)

What do you do when you are not surfing all day? Skate, BMX, hang with friends, home made slipnslide, and schoolwork.

What is a Grom? A grom is someone who has unlimited stoke no matter what!

What moves are you working on this week? Backside air reverse, and charging these giant 1-foot waves we have at the moment.

What is the best part about growing up San Diego? The best part about living in SD is the people, the beaches and the energy surrounding the town.

If you were to have a heat with your sister where would it be and why? It would be at Colorado’s Nicaragua because mostly all barreling lefts and I would be favored in that kind of surf.

What is your favorite thing about the ocean? My favorite thing the ocean is the way it’s always changing and is so raw and powerful.

Early morning offshore or Afternoon glass off? I have to go with early morning offshore because it’s less crowded.

Dream Trip? My dream trip would be to go to Tahiti because the waves always look super fun and really consistent. I would take my sister and my best friend Kai.

Post surf Grinds? Any Mexican food place.

Inspirations in or out of the water? Mick Fanning, and Rob Machado.

Where do you see yourself in 2020? In 2020 I want to be following the footsteps of the guys on the CT.

Wave Pools or the Ocean? Ocean for sure!

How do you Keep the Vibe Alive? Always stay STOKED!

What is your first memory of the ocean? Cabo on a soft top when I was 3.
