What gets you stoked? When the predicted swell actually shows up and getting other people amped in the water. Good tunes fire me up too.

Who is in your Tribe? Kai McPhillips (@kaimcphillips) Niko Ripley (@nikoripley) Ryder Salberg (@rydersalberg19) Jett Schilling (@jettschilling) Hayden Rodgers ( @haydenrodgers_1) Brayden Burch ( @bradenburch)

What do you do when you are not surfing?  If I am not surfing all day, you can find me fishing, golfing or hanging with my friends.

What is a Grom?  A Grom is a frothing kid who is always stoked, whether in the water or not.

What moves are you working on this week? Working on the rail game and airs.

What is your favorite thing about the ocean? I love freedom when you are in it. I also love all the activities it provides you everyday.

Early morning offshores or Afternoon glass off? Early morning offshore's because I like the cold mornings and being the first surfer in the water. Nothing beats a good dawn patrol with your friends in pumping offshore waves.

Dream trip?  Indo boat trip to the Mentawais because it has some of the best waves in the world. I would bring my Dad, Brother and the Ripley boys.

Post surf Grinds? Banzai Bowls or a big omelette from my dad.

Inspirations? Griffen Colapinto because he is my favorite surfer and he is from San Clemente. Mickey Munoz because he is a legend and still surfing at 80 years old.

Where do you see yourself in 2020? I hope to have progressed my surfing and traveling the world bringing my STOKE along the way. I would love to find a way to give back to every community I visited.

Wave Pools or the Ocean? The Ocean for sure.

What is your first memory in the ocean?  Dad pushing me into waves at Lowers with a life jacket. I was getting bombs.
